Dreadrector Ashcan

The Dreadrector is an agent of The Ministry, an organization built on taking the artifacts of the Heart to turn against the oppressive government above. An analyst and agent of an ever-growing illegal cult, the Dreadrector is working to learn, collect, and use the powers of the warped lands below for a brighter world above. Your organization demands sterile and clean work, but someone has to clean the dirt off to find the raw potential beneath.

The Dreadrector is a fan-created class for Heart: The City Beneath. I wrote this over a year ago when I thought I would make some Control-esque version of Heart, and am releasing it now to get it out of my long list of google Docs projects. 

I don't think I'll be updating it unless there is some egregious error. If you find one such error, feel free to leave it in the comments below.
